Why is AZERTY keyboard detected as QWERTY?
BBK200-F0 is not compatible with Androïd. Some manufacturers have customized Android system to add the keyboard compatibility but unfortunately they only add Qwerty mode.
We hope that Android 4.0 will add bluetooth keyboards support so it can be fully compatible.
Meanwhile, some customers told us that they have downloaded (on Google play) an application that will add Bluetooth keyboard support. It's called « Blueinput » from Teksoft. We have no link with them and ask you to contact them for any issue. 

Why doesn't my keyboard work with Symbian?
BBK200/BBK201 is not compatible with Symbian. However, you can use it in downloading the next driver.

Which languages are supported by BBK200/BBK201?
BBK200-A0 works in International US QWERTY (not QWERTY UK) ; BBK200-F0 works in French AZERTY.

Is it compatible with BlackBerry?
BBK200 is not compatible with BlackBerry phones.

This is actually normal since there are many different operating systems and all of them have different key functions. It is then impossible to have 100% match.

Should I install a Bluetooth on Windows Mobile phones while the keyboard is working without?
Under Windows Mobile 6.0, software (not provided) is requested. Under Windows Mobile 6.1 or 6.5, the keyboard works without any software.

BBM200 can be charged with standard mini USB cable. You can buy one in any computer shop.

I lost or broke my CD. Where can I find Bluesoleil software?
You can download it in the "Download" section.

I bought a BBA200-A0 and I can't install Bluesoleil on a Windows 7® computer:
Bluesoleil 2.7 is not compatible with Windows 7®. You can still use BBA200A0 under Windows 7® but without Bluesoleil. This Windows version (as well as Vista and XP SP2) have Bluetooth software embedded. For more information about Bluetooth software from Windows, please contact Microsoft support.

I bought a BBA200-B0, Bluesoleil is it compatible with Windows 7®?
Yes, Bluesoleil 5 is 100% compatible with Windows 7®.

IVT Bluesoleil tells me there is an update. Should I apply it?
We advise you not to upgrade you version if you don't want to pay. The upgrade will change your OEM version to a limited version that can only be unlocked if you pay for it. If you have any problem of licence please contact IVT www.bluesoleil.com.

During the installation, Windows will display a pop-up message telling me that this device was not validated during the test to obtain Windows logo.
This test verifies software compatibility on Windows. Microsoft recommends to register the drivers to avoid this message but you can ignore it. Installation will continue normally and will not damage your computer.
