What are the compatible keys?
To find out if your 3G key is compatible with our router please check the link. Any key that is not in the list won't be added in the future

I can't connect with my key that is in the compatibility list (E1552, Icon 7.2 etc.)?
Please try to download the latest Firmware and install it with the procedure attached in Zip file.

How can I upgrade my firmware?
Check your firmware version. Enter this in a web browser: "192.168.1.1" The login is « admin » and password « admin ». In the top right corner you will see the firmware version. Last version is V2.40B100603 if you are in older version then go in the "management" section and use the .trx file downloaded in the download section on our website. The whole procedure is in the .zip file .

Is it possible to share the connection from a 3G key on the RJ45 port?
Yes it's possible to share the connection to RJ45.

Yes, the router can be used with an iPod Touch or a tablet without any computer..

Is my operator compatible with BWG-200? If so, where can I find the settings ?
Please find the list of the operators supported and their settings:here. My operator is in the list and appears automatically in Auto Profile, but I can connect to internet: Most operators have several APN profiles depending on the type of subscription. Check the user interface 192.168.1.1 (admin/admin) and check if there is another profil available. If not, use manual settings and try each settings of your operator in the below list : here.

Is the router compatible with HSUPA or HSDPA?
This depends on the key and not the router.

How to set ports on BWG200?
BWG200 doesn't support this.

Can I use BWG200 abroad?
The router is working at 110v but we don't provide any adaptors.

Why nobody can hear me on Sipgate VOIP software?
You need to disable STUN server in Sipgate settings.

How do I secure my Wifi network? How can I remove it ?
In user interface 192.168.1.1 (admin/admin), then in « Wireless"/"Security", choose the encryption you want and create your own passkey.
If it doesn't work well, if you can still access to user interface, remove the passkey. If you cannot access the interface then use the reset button on the router (long press during 15 seconds). BeeWi recommend WPA2-AES encryption if it's supported by your computer/tablet/smartphone.
Please check the user guide of your devices to check compatibility.

My key is compatible (in the list), my operator settings are correct, but the following message is displayed: "WAN: MODULE ERROR"
You may have entered a bad PIN code.
Be careful that if you have entered a bad PIN code and try to connect with it more than 3 times, the SIM will be blocked ! you will then need to unlock it with a PUK code. For that please put your SIM in a 3G key on a computer or in a mobile phone.

Most of the time, the problem comes from a PIN code on the SIM card that is not entered in the router.
Go in user interface, type : 192.168.1.1 in a web browser (admin/admin), go in « setup » « wan » and enter you pin code in "SIM PIN"

You need to use the LiveBox CD supplied by Orange to set up your wifi adaptor.

During the installation of my adaptor, I am stuck « click on YES ».

You need to enter the encryption key from your Box to connect to it, most of the time, the key is written behind the box.

You can put both models in the same house they will work but they won't communicate together.

My BPL221 doesn't work properly:
Please make sure that your PL adaptor is plugged on a wall plug and not on a powerstrip.
Powerstrips are not compatible with PLC.
If it still doesn't work, you may live in a home which is not compatible with PLC technology.
Communication depends on the quality of your electrical installation and will not work if it's too old, too big or if there are too many disturbances.
