BBZ201 Bluetooth Controlled Car for Smartphone |
I can't connect my iPhone, iPad or iPod to my black car (BBZ201):
Black mini (BBZ201) is only compatible with Android and Symbian phones.
I cannot connect my phone working under Android 4.0 OS:
Update your application from the Google play (ex Androïd Market). My car is spinning round and round:
For a good adhesion, do not use the car on a slippery ground such as tiles or wooden floor.
BeeWi recommends a gripping ground such as asphalt or some carpets.
My car was disconnected after a frontal shock:
In a case of violent frontal shock the car might disconnect, it is then necessary to check if batteries did not fall down and if possible restart it to be able to re-connect.
My car is disconnected regularly:
Use good quality batteries delivering enough instantaneous power to avoid disconnection.
BeeWi recommends well-known brands batteries such as Duracell, Energizer, Philips…

I can't connect my iPhone, iPad or iPod to my black helicopter (BBZ301):
Black helicopter (BBZ301) is only compatible with Android phones.
I broke a part of my helicopter; can I exchange my helicopter under warranty?
Warranty will not cover broken parts.
Any harmful consequence due to a bad assembly by the customer of a spare part will not be covered by our warranty.
Why is my helicopter not stable while flying?
Please make sure that you didn't raise another small link between the bar and the top blades.
Only one is necessary and already placed.
I can’t control my helicopter with the version 1.1 of application :
We met some problems with the version 1.1 of application “Helipad”, and the application doesn’t work on some helicopters.So, we suggest you to download and to install the previous version (v1.0) on this link. If you have an Android phone with ICS OS (Android 4.0), then follow this next procedure: I cannot connect my phone working under Android 4.0 OS:
To control your car with Androïd 4.0 smartphones/tablet, please follow these steps:
• Switch on the helicopter
• Disable Bluetooth in the phone menu (settings)
• Launch BeeWi Heli Pad application
• If error message is displayed : click on OK
• Popup windows appears to request Bluetooth authorization : click on Yes (sometimes several times)
• If pairing with the helicopter has never been done : the pin code "0000" will be requested
• The application will launch properly and the car can be controlled
I can't connect to some HTC phones such as HTC Desire, HTC Desire HD, HTC Legend or HTC Sensation?
It seems there is a big compatibility problem of range and disconnections with HTC phones.
The problem cannot be solved quickly.
How does the "Trim direction" works?
If your helicopter rotate while flying, even if you move the stick on left or right, the Trim will offset the movement.
To set the Trim direction on your helicopter, please follow the following steps:
• Chose Touch control.
• Set throttle until your helicopter is stabilized at 1 meter height.
• Don't touch directions and watch the rotation of your helicopter.
• If your helicopter turn right, push the "-" until it stop rotation.
• If your helicopter turn left, push the "+" until it stop rotation
Can I mix the parts of both BBZ351 & BBZ301 (android& iPhone) or use spare parts from the other version?
Yes, both models are physically similar. The only difference is the colour so you can mix the parts if the colour mix is not important for you.
Can I change the battery to improve the flying time?
No! The warranty would be void.
Where can I buy spare parts?
In France you can buy them on Internity Internity or Darty.
In Germany, on T Mobile.
In UK, in Apple premium reseller stores.

Where can I find a spare cable to charge my BBZ301?
Charging cables for BBZ301 are particular and can be found in model stores. We will sell them soon but for now we cannot provide any spare cables sorry for that.
